Terms and Conditions of Ticket Refund
  1. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd (the Society) will offer ticket refunds under the following circumstances:
    1. Performance cancellation, as listed on the official website (https://www.hk.artsfestival.org/); or
    2. Performance rescheduling, as listed on the official website
  2. The Society will be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets. All handling charges collected by URBTIX, Cityline and other entrusted ticketing agencies, as well as any ticket delivery charges, are non-refundable.
  3. For performance cancellation, the refund will be handled by URBTIX and Cityline respectively, details to be announced on the official website.
  4. Refund applications must be submitted by online form, email or post for specific deadline per performance. Late applications received after the postmark deadline above, as well as applications submitted via other channels, will not be accepted. Please note the Society will neither pay relevant postage nor process applications sent with insufficient postage.
  5. The applicant must provide complete and accurate refund information.
  6. Personal data collected in this form is for verification purpose and refund process only, and will be destroyed after completion of all refund procedures.
  7. In case of any dispute, the Society reserves the right of final decision.
